To encourage Austronesian youth to participate in international affairs and strengthen their ability of participation in public affairs, and to cultivate young talents to get involved in global and regional international conferences on indigenous peoples.

促進南島民族論壇各會員間文化與政策議題交流，建立對話與溝通平台，並延續彼此交流情誼。
To facilitate the exchange of culture and policy issues between members of the Austronesian Forum, establishing a dialogue and communication platform to continue mutual exchanges.

培訓青年國際事務人才，擔任南島民族論壇及原住民族委員會相關活動志工，強化行動力與公共參與力。
To promote cultivation of young talents in international affairs to serve as volunteers for the related activities of the Council of Indigenous Peoples (CIP) and the Austronesian Forum, and to enhance the effectiveness of their public participation.
